Company Benefits

The company pays 100% premiums for Dental & Health to the benefit provider (Canada Life) to offer benefits packages to employees. This is calculated based on employee census data, company size, industry, amount & number of claims per year.
The benefits package that we offer to employees is outlined in the booklet, and it contains eligibility, what is covered, the amount that’s covered, and reimbursement levels.
In the case of dental care: the amount for each calendar year is $1000.00 reimbursed at 90% (if employees submit the claim for $1000.00, he/she will be reimbursed $900.00)
Employees can login/register for their online profile, where they can submit their claims, check balances & claim history, and download benefits card.
